Main Car Park is now Open!

BH Live are pleased to let you know that the Main Car Park is open from today, Wednesday 14 October 2026. We wanted to get it open as soon as possible to ease the pressure on the Thornhill Road car parks and the surrounding roads, particularly in the evenings and at weekends.

The car park is open:

• Monday to Friday, 8am to 10pm
• Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 6pm

The gates open 15 minutes before and lock 15 minutes after these times.

A few things to be aware of:

• Height restriction: there's a 2 metre height barrier, which stays closed at all times. If you're arriving in a high-top van or any vehicle over 2 metres, please use the top car parks on Thornhill Road.
• No overnight parking: please leave enough time to get back to your vehicle and leave before the gates lock
• Owner's risk: all vehicles and their contents are left at the owner's risk
• Coming soon: BH Live are working with their partners on the timeline for installing ANPR cameras and EV charging points, and will let you know before anything changes. When ANPR goes live, there'll be exemption periods for anyone with a booking, and BH Live will share the details nearer the time. For now, the car park is simply open during the hours above.

If you have any questions about access for your booking, please get in touch with BH Live Bookings Coordinator on 023 8070 7800.
