About the project

Owlstone Croft, is a design and build of post-graduate housing in 4nr terrace buildings, Blocks A&B to be refurbished, extended and de-carbonised. Extensive landscaping located in Newnham, Cambridge.

Owlstone Croft is a very important project for the Queens' College, the team are committed to providing excellent new homes and refurbished residences for students studying at Queens', in Passivhaus buildings, using a landscape led approach to enhance the boundary with the Paradise Nature Reserve.

The Cambridge team is part of the wider East business unit, which operates out of four regional offices, the Cambridge Office being associated with this project.
