Work Experience placements get underway!

With the support of our Supply Chain partner Dalcon, the team welcomed a S6 student from Dumfries High School, who undertook a Civil Engineering work experience placement. The pupil worked with Dalcon 1 day a week for 5 weeks to help inform their career choices. Many thanks to Dalcon for supporting this.

We also welcomed another student from Dumfries High School on a Quantity Surveying work experience placement, which was completed within the Site Office of Dumfries High School, working with Katie Darroch our Trainee Quantity Surveyor.

Both of these students have successfully secured roles in their respective professions, demonstrating the effectiveness of these pathways in supporting long-term career progression.
