Welcome to our office!

Situated in the existing, vacant Marchmont House, the Dumfries High School project team are realising the benefits of utilising the existing space for the site accomodation.

An impressive 4.323 tonnes of carbon has been saved by using the existing building. The existing building ensured that the project had immediate access to both mains water and the electricity grid, eliminating the need for bulk water deliveries and up to two months of diesel generator power.

By repurposing an existing site, we not only reduced costs but also reinvested those savings to create improved spaces for our workforce on the Dumfries High School. Our site accommodation has been successfully transformed into multifunctional areas that actively support mental wellbeing for everyone involved in the project. This initiative reflects our ongoing commitment to fostering a healthier, more supportive workplace culture - especially in the challenging environment of construction.
