Ardrossan Project Update (June 2026)

What’s been happening?

Over the last four weeks, we’ve made good progress across the site:

• Steelwork is now complete on the Teaching Wing
• Foundations are finished in the Central Wing
• Work is continuing on the gym hall foundations.
• Progress continues on the pool plant room and balance tank.
• The car park is starting to take shape.
• Work on the pool floor is well underway.

What’s coming next over the next 4 weeks?

• Continuing work on the Sports Wing foundations
• Making further progress on the pool plant room and balance tanks
• Installing scaffolding and safety handrails
• Adding concrete stairs
• Starting steelwork in the Central Wing
• Beginning metal decking and floor slabs in the Teaching Wing
• Commence concrete floor polishing.
