Ardrossan Project Update (September 2026)

What's been happening?

Over the last four weeks, we've made good progress across the site:

• Continued construction of foundations within the Sports Wing.
• Further construction of the swimming pool floor and walls.
• Installation of additional scaffolding, access platforms, and safety handrails.
• Continued formation of the sports pitches.
• Progress on external wall structures to the Teaching Wing.
• Ongoing roofing works to the Teaching Wing.
• Installation of floor slabs within the Central Wing.
• Commencement of window installation to the Teaching Wing.

What’s coming next over the next 4 weeks?

• Further foundation works within the Sports Wing.
• Additional scaffolding, access, and safety installations.
• Ongoing development of the sports pitches and car park.
• Continued construction of the swimming pool structure.
• Installation of further floor slabs within the Central Wing.
• Continued progress on external walls and roofing to both the Teaching and Central Wings.
• Ongoing window installation to the Teaching Wing.
• Commencement of façade cladding works.
• Erection of structural steel within the Sports Wing.
• Construction of lift shafts.
