Morgan Sindall celebrates continued successful partnership with Pagabo
Morgan Sindall has secured a place on the new £5 billion Major Works Framework that’s managed by Pagabo.
The four-year Major Works Framework was procured by Pagabo on behalf of YPO and provides a compliant route for the procurement of major construction and refurbishment projects valued from £5 million upwards.
Morgan Sindall was one of only a small number of contractors to have secured a place across all regional Lots in England and Wales. Whilst in Scotland the business has secured a place on Lot Four for projects valued between £30m-60 million.
Morgan Sindall has worked collaboratively with Pagabo for over 10 years, delivering over £1 billion of projects across the framework suite, contributing to much needed public infrastructure across the education, healthcare, leisure and secure sectors across the UK.
As part of the new framework, three contractors have been awarded a Collaborative Partner Lot in England and Wales. A focus which provides public sector clients further assurance with a streamlined direct award route, while also supporting early contractor involvement, innovation, digital delivery and positive environmental, social and economic outcomes. Morgan Sindall has been named Collaborative Partner for Quality.
This recognises the leadership the business has driven with partners across the framework to date, working in alliance with all Pagabo framework partners, including clients, consultants, supply chain and other contractors.
More recently, Morgan Sindall was thrilled to celebrate further achievements with Pagabo, including a further framework award and a total of six shortlisted nominations as part of Pagabo’s Community Impact Awards.
Morgan Sindall was awarded a place on the National Framework for Civil Engineering, Infrastructure & Enabling Works Framework, a route for major projects in public and secure infrastructure such as nuclear, energy and defence.
The Community Impact awards recognise outstanding delivery in the built environment and the outcomes it has provided for local communities. Both Morgan Sindall and Pagabo share a key objective to drive positive long-term social value in the communities across the UK in which they work.
The shortlist includes:
- Future Leader Award - Owen Bush, site manager currently delivering Southampton Outdoor Sports Centre £24m
